Presenter Bio: Amy Lahmers is Founder & President at FlourishesConsulting, an experienced woman-owned business providing HR guidance and people strategy to help you build an equipped, aligned team—so you can move your mission forward with confidence.
Prior to launching FlourishesConsulting, she spent more than 20 years in higher education, healthcare, non-profit leadership, and consulting roles. Amy’s personal dedication to mission-driven causes, such as serving as a board member for Community Shares of Mid Ohio, chairing The Ohio State University’s President & Provost’s Council on Women, and founding her own nonprofit organization, the Anne Wolf Breast Cancer Foundation, reflect her holistic approach.
Amy earned a Master of Science degree from Miami University (Ohio), a Bachelor of Science degree from The Ohio State University, and is a Prosci certified change management practitioner. Amy is a member of the Ohio Association of Nonprofit Organizations (OANO) Council of Consultants and an executive/organizational coach for The Ohio State University Alumni Association’s Coaching Referral Program.
