Providing no-cost prescription medications/pharmacist counseling to low-income, uninsured and underinsured Franklin County residents; along with wellness screenings, health education, nutrition information, fresh produce and more.

Factiods

· $25 a month provides a patient with the inhalers needed to help manage their asthma or COPD year-round.

· $50 a month provides two patients with ongoing disease management support.

· $100 a month provides one patient with all their needed medications to treat and manage their chronic conditions
